All of the pans in the range have fully encapsulated stainless steel and aluminium bases to ensure fast, even heat distribution. They are oven safe up to 240 C/475 F/ Gas Mark 9. The range also features non-stick coatings on its French Skillet and Stirfry pans for easy clean and cooking convenience.
